Return Policy

Important Notice:

This return policy applies exclusively to items purchased through our online shop. It does not apply to in-store purchases. Returns:

Our online shop offers returns within 14 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible, the item must be in its original condition—unworn or unused, with tags still attached, and in its original packaging. Please have your receipt or proof of purchase ready when initiating a return.

To start a return, please contact us via our online shop. Once your return request is accepted, you will receive a return shipping label along with detailed instructions on where and how to send back your item. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues:

Inspect your order upon delivery. If you notice any defects, damages, or incorrect items, contact us immediately. We will review the issue promptly and work to resolve it.

Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items:

Certain items purchased through our online shop cannot be returned, including custom-made products (such as special orders or personalized items). For questions about the return eligibility of a specific item, please reach out to us.

Please be aware that sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.

Exchanges:

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or variant, please proceed with returning the original item. After your return is approved, you can place a new order for the desired item. The customer is responsible for shipping the original item back to us, and upon receipt, we will initiate the exchange process.

Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
