Online Shop Return and Exchange Policy
This return policy applies exclusively to items purchased through our online shop. It does not apply to in-store purchases. Each store location operates under its own return and exchange policy, which may differ from our online shop policy. For returns or exchanges related to in-store purchases, please contact the specific store location directly for their terms and conditions.
Returns
Our online shop offers returns within 14 days of receiving your item.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition—unworn or unused, with tags still attached, and in its original packaging. Please have your receipt or proof of purchase ready when initiating a return.
To start a return, please contact us via our online shop. Once your return request is accepted, you will receive detailed instructions on where and how to send back your item. Please note that customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or damaged. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Inspect your order upon delivery. If you notice any defects, damages, or incorrect items, contact us immediately. In such cases, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label and work promptly to resolve the issue.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items purchased through our online shop cannot be returned, including custom-made products (such as special orders or personalized items). For questions about the return eligibility of a specific item, please reach out to us.
Please be aware that sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or variant, please proceed with returning the original item. After your return is approved, you can place a new order for the desired item. Customers are responsible for shipping the original item back to us unless it is defective or damaged. Upon receipt of the original item, we will initiate the exchange process.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
