Return Policy:

Our return policy allows for returns within 14 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. Please ensure you have your receipt or proof of purchase handy.

To initiate a return, kindly reach out to us. Upon acceptance of your return request, we will provide you with a return shipping label along with detailed instructions on where and how to send your package. Please note that any items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues:

We ask that you carefully inspect your order upon delivery. Should you find any defects, damages, or receive an incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will promptly assess the issue and work to rectify it.

Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items:

Certain items are ineligible for return, such as custom-made products (e.g., special orders or personalized items). Should you have any questions regarding the return eligibility of a specific item, please do not hesitate to get in touch with us.

Please note that we are unable to accept returns for sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges:

If you wish to exchange your item for a different size, color, or variant, the quickest way to ensure a smooth exchange is to proceed with a return of the original item. Upon approval of the return, you can then make a separate purchase for the desired item. Please note that the customer should ship the product back to us as soon as we receive it, we will initiate the exchange process.

Refunds:

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the approval status for your refund. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method. Please bear in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
