Returns & Exchange

GENERAL INFORMATION

Merchandise returns purchased from the VERCINI Online Store may be returned to the online store via the free prepaid shipping label included with your original order or by using our online link to request a prepaid return label in our “My Account” section. You may also return your order at a local non-outlet VERCINI store location. To receive free return shipping, you must use one of these 3 options.

The item(s) must be new, unworn, unwashed, unaltered merchandise in resalable condition with original tags attached from theVERCINI online store. Returns made within 30 days of the purchase date will be eligible for a full refund to the original form of payment or for an exchange for requested merchandise.

Please note, in- store purchases cannot be returned to the online store via the shipping label. All in- store purchases must be returned to any VERCINI retail location.

Our VERCINI stores are unable to process refunds for purchases made with PayPal, back to your PayPal account and can only be processed for store credit or exchanged for the full amount of the item(s).

Returns

The item(s) must be new, unworn, unwashed, unaltered merchandise in resalable condition with original tags attached from the VERCINI online store. Returns made within 30 days of the purchase date will be eligible for a full refund to the original form of payment.

For your convenience we have included a free prepaid domestic return shipping label with your order. Please use enclosed shipping label and place it on the outside of your return package. Make sure to keep the return tracking number for your records. Drop off your return package at either a UPS Drop Box, a UPS store, or at any other location that has regular UPS pick up visit ups.com for locations. Please note to use our prepaid UPS labels shipments must be sent from the United States.

You may also return merchandise by selecting an alternative shipping carrier; however, VERCINI will not be responsible for the costs associated with the return. We recommend selecting an insured and traceable shipping carrier. We are not responsible for import or shipping fees associated with returns sent from outside the United States. Ship the package to VERCINI RETURNS,3663 Las Vegas Blvd. S., LAS VEGAS, NV 89109.

If you receive an incorrect item or if the merchandise is damaged or defective, please contact the VERCINI Customer Service Center immediately by calling 1-800-VERCINI or by emailing customerservice@vercini.com.

Unfortunately, we cannot exchange, replace or credit altered merchandise.

Exchanges

VERCINI offers exchanges on new, unworn, unwashed, unaltered merchandise in resalable condition with original tags attached within 30 days of purchase date. Simply select your preferred method of exchange below and follow the steps to ensure a smooth exchange process.
Exchange by Phone: Call 1-800-VERCINI to process your exchange by phone. We will place a new order with you by phone and send replacement merchandise immediately. Once we receive your return at our warehouse, we will issue you a credit for the returned items. Please fill out the returns portion of the form in your package and leave the area for exchanges empty to avoid a duplicate shipment. Ship the product using the provided free- pre-paid return shipping label or by using our online link to request a prepaid return label in our “My Account” section. Be sure to retain a copy of the tracking number for your records.

Exchange by Mail: Please fill out the returns- portion of the form included in your order. Under exchanges,- list the items you would like in exchange, including size, quantity, color and price. Include this slip inside your package. Utilize the free- pre-paid shipping label or use our online link to request a prepaid return label in our “My Account” section.

Exchanges of a Higher Value
If you are exchanging for merchandise of higher value, please include payment information for the remaining balance with your order in the provided fields. If no method of payment is provided, we will be unable to process the exchange and a refund will be applied to the payment method used on the original order.

Exchange Notification
If you have requested an exchange for the item(s) you have returned, you will receive a separate shipping confirmation email when your exchange is on its way. If we are unable to process your exchange, your credit card will be refunded and a customer service representative will reach out to you.

Merchandise exchanges for items purchased from the VERCINI Online Store with PayPal can be exchanged for the full value of your item(s) at VERCINI stores but we cannot return any of the value for your purchase back to your PayPal account.

Refunds

If you do not have your order receipt, your return will be processed for the current price of the item on the VERCINI online store and receive VERCINI store credit. If you are able to present your order receipt, but do not have your original form of payment method, you will receive VERCINI store credit for the full amount of the item you purchased, less any applicable shipping costs.

We cannot accept items that have been worn beyond being tried on.

In the unlikely event that you do not receive the confirmation e-mail within 21 days of posting your return shipment to us, please contact our Customer Service center, with your order number.

Cancellations / Changes

VERCINI cannot change an order once it has been submitted. If you would like to change your order, you must first cancel the order and place a new one. To cancel an order after it has been submitted, please contact the VERCINI customer service center immediately either by calling 1-800-VERCINI or emailing customerservice@vercini.com

If the order has not yet been processed, a customer service representative will be able to cancel your order and refund your credit card for the full amount. If the order has already been processed and you would still like to cancel your purchase, please follow the return instructions after receiving your package.

In Store Returns

New, unworn, unaltered merchandise purchased from the VERCINI Online Store may be returned to non-outlet VERCINI store locations within 30 days from the purchase date. Merchandise purchased from the VERCINI Online Store may not be returned to Factory Outlet or Outlet store locations.

Online returns made in store must be accompanied by the receipt included with your order or a copy of your shipping confirmation.
